Your pitch is temporarily reserved until the deposit is paid. After payment, the booking is finalized and considered active.

If the deposit is not paid within the specified timeframe, we will contact you, and if you are no longer interested, we will release the pitch immediately.

If the booking is not confirmed (no deposit has been paid), you can cancel it with no charge.

If the booking is confirmed (deposit has been paid), the following applies:

If you cancel at least 14 days before the arrival date, your deposit is 100% refundable.

If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

In case of early departure, 50% of the cost of the remaining nights will be charged.

Our campsite does not have a separate parking area. Vehicles are parked at the edge of the pitch where each camper is staying.

Otherwise, vehicles must be parked in designated areas, always following signage and the instructions of the management, without blocking roads or disturbing other campers.

Our campsite does not offer caravans, bungalows, or cabins for rent.

It is possible to rent equipment that includes a 6-person igloo tent, inflatable mattress, and a small table with chairs for outside the tent.

It is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child and costs €5 in addition to the nightly rate as listed in our price list.

For availability, please contact the reception team.

There is no swimming pool.

The beach is very long (~5 km) and covered with fine to medium sand. The water deepens gradually and becomes quite deep.

The beach in front of the campsite does not have umbrellas or sunbeds, and guests are welcome to bring their own equipment and choose where to swim based on their preferences.

Our shared kitchens include gas stoves, fridges, freezers, water coolers with drinking water, and sinks for washing dishes.

The stoves, fridges, freezers, and sinks are located in row F and at numbers 4 and 6 on our  camping map.

There is also a shared dining area next to them, where you can enjoy your meal in shade and rain protection!

Campers must bring their own cookware, as these are not provided by the campsite.

Our washing machines are 10 kg and offer program selection (e.g. regular wash, pre-wash + wash, etc.). The cost ranges from €5 to €6 depending on the wash type.

From May 1st to October 31st, fire season restrictions apply and lighting fires or using charcoal grills is strictly prohibited.

The campsite has Wi-Fi access on almost all of its areas. This is a project that was completed this year, in 2025!

The vehicle entry/exit gate closes at night. Closing times vary by season and are posted at Reception.

If a camper returns after this time, they must park in the overnight parking area directly across from the entrance and enter through the pedestrian gate.

The campsite features various trees and plants such as poplars, olive trees, privets, oleanders, etc.

However, every pitch is covered with tightly woven shade nets, which provide the main form of shade.

Most pitches have a dirt surface, with some also having gravel.

Gravel pitches are ideal during the low season in case of rain, as they offer better drainage.

Hammocks can be set up in many pitches, as long as the trees are respected and not damaged, and the setup is not intrusive to nature, existing structures, or the privacy of other campers.

Pets are allowed and welcome, provided campers follow the rules of our campsite, which are similar to those generally applied in public spaces.

You can see our campsite operating regulations here.

Operating hours vary by season and are posted and updated on our official Google page.

Our restaurant and mini market are usually open from May to September, with the mini market often staying open until mid-to-late October.

Otherwise, updates are posted on our official social media pages (Instagram, Facebook).

Our Mini Market offers essentials such as milk, cheese, various breakfast items, water, soft drinks, ice cream, vegetables, fruits, and other basic foods.

We also carry useful camping items such as clotheslines and pegs, paper goods, personal hygiene products, and sunscreen.

We also offer the option to pre-order bread and pastries during the high season.

The nearest gas station is 2 km away, the nearest Mini Market is 350 meters away, and the nearest supermarket is 2.2 km away.

Gytheio is about 5.5 kilometers from the campsite.

There is a local bus that stops at the campsite entrance and goes to Gytheio and in the direction of Mani (Areopoli).

There is also a radio taxi service that any camper can call, or ask reception to call on their behalf.

Near the entrance to Gytheio from Mavrovouni, there is a Health Center less than 5 km from our campsite that handles emergencies and is connected to the hospital in Sparta.

More information can be found here.

There is also a 24/7 emergency clinic available. More details are available here.

Our campsite does not rent out tables and chairs.

A limited number is available in our storage and can only be provided upon arrival/stay and only if available. They cannot be reserved in advance.

The only exception is the tent rental service, which includes specially reserved furniture.

We do not provide lamps, sockets, or power strips.

Extension cords are only provided if the nearest power outlet is more than 5 meters from the camper’s pitch.

Each pitch is covered by tightly woven shade nets specifically for shading.

If you want to bring extra nets or tarps, you may do so, provided you follow the installation rules outlined in our regulations (e.g., no nailing or damaging campsite trees).

Included:

Tent for 2 people (2.40×2.80 Igloo)

Double inflatable mattress

Table with chairs

The tent is ready and set up.

Gytheio, the nearest town, has a KTEL bus station. From there, there is direct access to local buses that stop right outside our campsite!
